To the fullest extent permitted by law, QTNetwork disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

QTNetwork is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including lost profits or data.

You agree to indemnify QTNetwork and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms.

QTNetwork may suspend or terminate your access for violations or at our discretion without notice.

QTNetwork is not liable for failure due to events beyond reasonable control, including disasters, strikes, cyberattacks, or legal restrictions.

You must comply with applicable export and re-export laws for software and services.

Informal Negotiation: Attempt resolution before formal action.

Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes go to arbitration under Netherlands law.

Waiver of Class Actions: Arbitration is individual; no class claims.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and legal notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and QTNetwork.
